Refund policy

All purchases are final. Payments for TAAI courses, bundles, test series and quiz packs are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once made. This applies regardless of how much of the content you have used, including if you change your mind, stop studying, or cannot attend live sessions.

Try before you buy

Free lectures, a free orientation and free notes are available so you can judge the teaching before you pay. Please go through them, and the course details and validity shown on each course, before purchasing.

Access and validity

Your purchase gives you access to the course on learn.taai.live until the validity date shown on that course. Access ends on that date and is not extended or refunded.

Exceptions

There are only two:

Duplicate or failed payments. If you were charged twice for the same purchase, or charged but did not get access to the course, write to us with your payment details. After we verify it with the payment provider, the extra or failed amount is refunded to the original payment method.

The 100 pe 100% off challenge. On the GATE DA 2028 Full Course, an AIR under 100 in GATE DA 2027 gets your course fee refunded, as described on the courses page. It follows its own terms and does not apply to any other purchase.
